I have got the CA membership in the Jan 2007 and applied for COP in Oct 2008 so my question is am I required to complete 20 hrs of CPE (For 2008) by the end of this month.
In my opinion I thing I am exempted for the first year of my COP.

Yes i confirmed from ICAI that i am exmpted for first yeat of cop
