18 December 2009 Can anybody advice me for Converting NBFC Private Company to NBFC Public Company we need to take any approval from RBI ? or we can convert by following normal ROC procedure?

19 December 2009 You can covert by following the procedure mentioned in the Companies Act. However, you have to keep the RBI informed about your action.
