Can LLP be converted into Private Limited company.

According to my knowledge there is no provision for conversion of LLP into private limited company

While filling form INC-1 for availing the name of the company i have proposed two directors,but now i want to add one more director while filling Form DIR-12.
Anyone have idea regarding this then please share.
