I have purchased a plot of land jointly with my wife. I propose to construct ten flats in this land and sell them separately. Can the experts tell me if we will have gst liability while selling the flats?

GST liability will arise if you sell the flats under construction. No GST after completion certificate.

Thank you for your informative reply. if some flats are sold while under construction and some are sold afer completion, I am liable for those flats which are sold under construction? So is it advisable to get registered under GST and claim ITC for thost flats which are sold under construction?
