Conducting an agm

22 February 2017 A Private Limited Company has not conducted an AGM for the F. Y. 2015-2016 and neither an application has been filed to ROC for extension of period for conducting an AGM.

Please guide me how the company can conduct its AGM at present since the time limit for application to ROC has passed and what is the procedure.

23 February 2017 If any default is made in holding the annual general meeting of a company, any member of the company may make an application to the Tribunal to call or direct the calling of, an annual general meeting of the company and give such ancillary or consequential directions as the Tribunal thinks expedient. Such directions may include a direction that one member of the company present in person or by proxy shall be deemed to constitute a meeting

23 February 2017 Sir for pursuing this case to Tribunal what will be the time span for the solution of this case and as per new Co.s Act 2013 whats the procedure to file an application to a tribunal.
