Condonation of delay u/s 119(2)(b) to file itr for ay2017-18

As we are aware , the due date for filing ITR for AY 2017-18 is over on 31/03/2018. Can we get permission from CIT U/s. 119(2)(b) to condone delay in filing ITR through e filing site?

In refund cases and loss carry forward cases you will get permission from CIT.

Sir, How to get such permission from CIT through e filing site? Or Should application for permission be filed manually at local IT OFFICE.?
