We are one of the 100% manufacturing Company and maintaining manual registers & reports and accordingly submitting the report to concern government office. Now we are implementing SAP software systems from October-2009 which is acknowledge world wide. Can we submit the relevant reports i.e. ER-2, PLA, CENVAT, SERVICE Tax details, CST-Claim, QPR, APR made in SAP systems or through online. Please let us know the complete procedure of the same.

Inform in writing to all concern dept, you are going to under sap system instead of manual.
Keep printout of hard copy end of the month all documents and register.
