In 2014-15 I have got total receipt Rs.417675/-
I Qtr :- 93915/-
III Qtr :- 106616/-
IV Qtr :- 103047/- (against the consultancy)

II Qtr :- 114097/- (salary Basis)

I filled ITR -4 and fill details as follows :-
P&F Account:-
Gross Receipt :- 303578/-
Gross Proft :-303578/-
Expences :- 176728/- (including LIC Premium)

and In Schdule S
Income from Salary :- 114097/-

so, is this correct ?

(TDS also deducted by the employer)

please guide me..

10 August 2015 You have filled the return correctly. Consultancy income will be shown under the head Income from Business or Profession and salary income will be shown under the head Income from Salary.

10 August 2015 show LIC premium under 80C and not under expenses.

11 August 2015 if you are using ITR 4 downloaded from income tax web site. The excel file 2015_ITR_PR1 contains various sheets viz Index, PART A - General, Nature of business....... Go to the sheet titled as VI-A. Here you have to show the lic premium.

If you are using any software, the same may be filled under chapter VI A
