My Question is when we are Deducting TDS at the time of making payment. There is different rate for Company & Non-Company. Can you tell me what is definition of Company and Non-Company

Company means a entity incorporated under the companies act,1956.
Non company means individuals,partnership firms,trusts,AOP's and BOI's.
Non company means individuals,partnership firms,trusts,AOP's and BOI's.
