16 June 2012 Dear All my CA final Attempt is in Nov 2013 and i have not purchased the book of Corporate and allied law, due to the company law bill is to be passed. Plz suggest me whether there is any change in the company law in the month of Nov 2013 exams. Plzzz help me its urgent

Till date we are not in a position to says that Companies Bill 2011 will apply to Nov 2013 exam, because bill is pending with Parliament.

So, I will suggest you to purchase existing Corporate law to study.
