last year AGM date is 29 sep 2008 but this year accounts finalise on 20 sep 2009. so i ask, what is the date of this year AGM - IF before 30 sep 2009 then it avoid the provision of notice of 21 day before the AGM held.

Hi,
If there is few numbers of shareholders in your company then you may go for shorter notice AGM as allowed by section-171(2).
If you hold your AGM after 30.09.2009 then there would be violation section 210.
Revert if there is any doubt.
