Hi, can any one tell me that privillages provided for private co----are also applicable for those private co which are subsidiary of public co ?

No as Subsidiary companies of Public company will be deemed public company and therefore privilege of private company will not be available.

Sir Lekin according to sec 67(2) ------- financial assistance can be given to its employees for purchase of or subscribing to its own shares or shares in its holding company.........it is a privilege of pct Ltd co . But as we know that subsidiary pvt co are not eligible for privilege of pvt Ltd co ,then how is it possible for a pvt Ltd co to give financial assistance to its employees to purchase shares in its holding company
