23 November 2014 Hi, can any one tell me that privillages provided for private co----are also applicable for those private co which are subsidiary of public co ?

23 November 2014 No as Subsidiary companies of Public company will be deemed public company and therefore privilege of private company will not be available.

01 December 2014 Sir Lekin according to sec 67(2) ------- financial assistance can be given to its employees for purchase of or subscribing to its own shares or shares in its holding company.........it is a privilege of pct Ltd co . But as we know that subsidiary pvt co are not eligible for privilege of pvt Ltd co ,then how is it possible for a pvt Ltd co to give financial assistance to its employees to purchase shares in its holding company
