12 September 2012 can anyone tell me the due date of filling income tax return of company,due date of tax audit of company,due date of filling return under roc

For ROC,

Balance Sheet and Profit and loss Account , due date is with in 30 days from the date of AGM.

In case of Annual Return, within 60 days from the date of AGM

12 September 2012 Due Date for companies-
Return filing if tax audit- 30 september
tax audit- 30 september
return filing if no tax audit- 31st july
Annual return under companies act within 60 days of signing.

12 September 2012 Due date for filing the balace sheet, P&L etc with roc is 30 days from the AGM u/s 220 of companies act.
