An auditor filed form 23B For the F.Y. 2013-14 of a private ltd. company but due to some personal reasons he is unable to do audit and wants to resign....What is the procedure for the same as per new Cos. Act?
And please explain whether new or old Cos. Act will be applicable here?

As far as my knowledge goes, the company needs to call an EGM to appoint new auditor for the same. Logically, the new Companies Act would be applicable.
It is better to confirm from somebody with practical experience on the same. May be practising CS
