02 December 2012 Dear Members,

One Company is promoting the other Company, I have mentioned the CIN of the Company along with other subscribers details in Form 1A and the same is also approved. Can anyone provide me the format of the board resolution for subscribing to the shares of the other Company.

Further let me know what attachments should be made to form 1 for Incorporation.

In Form-1 you only attach MOA and AOA of the company.
In MOA & AOA name of the person who will authorised to sign the MOA & AOA should be mentioned alongwith name of the company in subscriber sheet.
