Please differentiate between these companies & When u call a company as a Foreign Co or Public Ltd Co or 0Pvt Ltd Co. or PSU or Govt Co. or LLP Resident Co & Non Resident Co. ???

A foreign company is a company registered as per the act of respective country.
An Indian company is a company registered as per the act of Companies Act, 1956.
PSU company means a company where govt. is holding a considerably stake or shareholding.
