my Querry is about the classification of Distribureship service under service tax provisions, please confirm if its business auxiliary services.
i have one more querry, if i am a distributor of IDEA then do i provide service under the brandname of IDEA ? and not eligible for exemption under N/N 33/2012 of small service provider, KIndly provide am i eligible for the said exemption or not ?

Yes it is business auxiliary service. Yes you provide service under brand name. You are not eligible for the said exemption.
