I have one client who is doing business of mobile recharge as a Distributor.
He purcheses recharge from co. & give to Retailors for that he will get commission from the company.
My Que. is that wheather this Pur & sale of Recharge is consider for Turnover or not.

The above transaction is purchase & sale. Example Suppose you are the distributor and you pay Rs 5000/- to Airtel Co than they will give you a balance of Rs 5400/- and when your retailer gives you 5000/- than you will recharge his mobile with Rs 5300/-. So this indictaes that this is purchase & sale and not commission
