Claiming of CSR exps.

My client wish to incur expenditure like providing water tanks to a school at their Industrial estate and do such other charitable activities. Can we claim such Corporate Social Responsbility (CSR) exps. u/s 36?

An assessee is not able to claim the deduction u/s 36 it is an donation which has been doanted in kind hence it is not eligible to deduct u/s 80 G also.
