Claim for TDS when short claimed in return

What if TDS amount as per TDS Certificates is more but while filing return of income we short claim it?? Time for revised return is elapsed. AO considered TDS what is claimed in return and not what should have been to our credit. What is remedy to get full credit after receiving intimation??

File a rectification application u/s 154(2)(b)before the assessing officer.
