Hi sir/mam
My father has gifted 5 lacs to my brother who is a major son and he deposited in fd and didnt filed return because fd intt is the only income of my brother as he is a student. But income tax deptt has send us a notice for non filing of retun n cib 403 .....so please help i dont know what to do now.....

You need to file return n also reply to income tax notice. Better to take help from CA or professional for this.

Filing of ITR or giving proper reply is better. Contact tax professional.

First of all file the return. In case you can share the notice received from IT department please share.Reply to be made to department accordingly...
