17 July 2016 Hi sir/mam
My father has gifted 5 lacs to my brother who is a major son and he deposited in fd and didnt filed return because fd intt is the only income of my brother as he is a student. But income tax deptt has send us a notice for non filing of retun n cib 403 .....so please help i dont know what to do now.....

17 July 2016 You need to file return n also reply to income tax notice. Better to take help from CA or professional for this.
