For term loans, banks require the following:
1) Company details
2) past three years complete balance sheet
3) Projections for next five years
4) Capex requirements for the next few years.
5) Details on management bandwidth and promoter details
6) Ratio analysis
7) Cash Flow statements
1) Company details
2) past three years complete balance sheet
3) Projections for next five years
4) Capex requirements for the next few years.
