11 December 2013 Will the FRN of proprietary firm change if it is converted into partnership firm with additional two full time partners?

11 December 2013 yes as the status changes from prop to partnership firm.

12 December 2013 but i have heard that if name is going to be continued in old style, then FRN will not change in that case..
