18 January 2011 Whether I can check in online what are the charges outstanding against a Company in ROC agt security of assets.
Please advice

18 January 2011 Pl visit www.mca.gov.in.
Register therein by creating user id and password.
Log in to the site .
In the next appearing window, select"view index of Charges" and submit
In the next window enter the CIN of the company and submit.
The following details of the charge will be displayed in the next screen.
1) charge ID
2) Date of charge
3) Amount of charge
4) Charge holder's name
5) charge holder's address
6) Service request number.

19 January 2011 Thanks for the same.......I got list of charges agst the same. Another doubt we cleared some charges and inform the ROC by filing Form 17. How we can know what are the pending charges in ROC agst. a particular company

27 January 2011 For this you will have to check all the Form 8 and 17 and you need to make a chart, in which charge ID , particulars of the asset charged, amount of charge, the concerned charge holders details etc.will be recorded and then You would be able to find out the pending charges against a particular Company.
