I have been hearing that following things might be allowed soon for Pvt. Ltd. Companies
1. Loans from Shareholders
2. Related Party Loans / Transactions
3. Loans from Relatives of Directors
Any inputs / insight would be of help. I have incorporated company and unable to manage funds.

MCA has come up with a draft notification some time back and invited opinion from stakeholders.
It is proposed to exempt private companies from few stringent provision of CA 2013. However nothing is notified as of now so all the above provisions shall continue to apply on private companies.
Wait for the final notification from MCA.
