10 June 2008 If there is a change of trustees in a charitable trust, whether we have to inform the same to the income tax dept.? If yes, under which section or rule, it is prescribed? or there is any form which is specified? Pl let me know.

it shoud be informed to the deptt by simple letter there is no precribed formate . revised trust deed is also to be submit.
