01 June 2014 The casual vacancy filled due to resignation of earlier auditor. But EForm ADT 1 and ADT 3 has not released by MCA then how should we comply with the provision?? plz give solution

01 June 2014 Kindly appreciate ADT.1 is just a format which needs to upload through E-form GLN.2 and the same is available.

Kindly go through MCA notification number 9/2014.
