here our one of client paid amount in wrong head in gst challan he is paid penalty instant of fees and another one paid fees in head of igst instant of CGST and SGST what is process of challan correction in GST.

Till date no more options for correction. So, you can pay the amount again in correct head...
Bcoz,
Cash payment can't adjust any other head...

Yes, you have to deposit amounts in each head CGST, SGST, IGST, Penalty, Fees, etc separately in order to adjust the same. You can't inter adjust balance in the cash ledger.
