18 November 2012 Dear Sir,

currently i am in full time employment now i wanted to take Certificate of Practice my query as follows-

A.can i continued work in my current company as a retainer ship ?

B If i join CA firm can i give bill of retainer ship fees of my own name ?

C.Any permission to be taken form ICAI for retainer ship in current company P

Please guide me

21 November 2012 Yes you may continue as a retainer ship basis, issue monthly bill and get it paid.

You will not be the employee of the Company.
