Certificate of incorporation

(Querist)
19 September 2011 Dear Sir,

we have incorporated a private company 2 days back.
but there is an error in the mailing address from our part and now we have filed form 18 with correct address.

now if they have sent the certificate to postal address, since there is a error, we might not get the certificate.


how to proceed?

19 September 2011 Contact your local ROC office and you will have to submit a letter on your letter head stating new address and than only revised certificate will be issued.
