How to get certificate of commencement of business if company has lost the original issued by ROC earlier.
I had been through the insecption of the company but still m not able to get the COB.

You can get the certified copy of COB on inspection of the company.

You may obtain certified copy of the Certificate of Commencement of Business.
Kindly note please check the company must be incorporated as Public Company. If the Company originally incorporated as private company thereafter converted into public company, in that case you will not get COB.
As in such a case COB is not issued.
