WE ARE MFG PVT LTD CO. REGISTERED IN EXCISE & SERVICE TAX. WE ARE DEPOSITING SERVICE TAX ON LABOUR SUPPLY BY A CONTRACTOR, CAN WE CLAIM THE CENVATE OF DEPOSIT AMOUNT ON LABOUR CONTRACT.
