Can anybody provide any article or important points on Cenvat Credit Rules

On cenvat credit i examined a very important issue- can a job worker take cenvat credit on inputs/input services used in doing the job work, which are exempted from payment of excise duty & service tax. Look at this link, you will find it interesting.
