01 October 2015 Dear Experts ,

If there are some input services of Professional Services & also covered under Reverse Charge for the payment of Service tax for availing GTA services.
So my query is that we can avail the cenvat credit of Input services while paying the service for Reverse Charge services.??

Ex- ABC PVT LTD.
Service tax on Input Services Rs. 200
Liability to pay service tax under reverse charge Rs. 300

So the net liability to pay service tax is Rs. 100

Pls reply !!! this correct or not ????

04 October 2015 No input credit can be availed while paying service tax under reverse charge.
It can be availed only against out put tax payment.

05 October 2015 What is your output service tax. The 300+200 can be adjusted against out put tax.

08 October 2015 Professional Services is my output service ... also pls reply when should i adjust this 500 RS. ??
Next month or the same month ???

Suppose, ST on Professional Services is Rs. 1000 in the same month !!!
