cenvat credit on contruction material

15 June 2016 Dear all There is one manufacturing concern ...they have newly started their construction of Factory building work..for construction they have purchased construction material from Manufacturer/first stage dealer like cement,Plates,channels,pipe,sand after paying excise duty on such material for factory building. and they also used such material on Machinery foundation....My questions is can we take cenvat credit on such materials and can we take it as capital goods. Please advise me....

16 June 2016 there is no cenvat allowed on factory building .
