i wanted to enquire if we can book the Cenvat credit on the basis of invoice of a freight forwarding agency who has paid custom and excise duties on our behalf and sent us the reimbursement bill for duties paid on our behalf and freight charges of machinery carried till factory .....
experts plz help ??
