Cenvat credit on basis of invoice of freight forwarding agency ?

12 February 2015 i wanted to enquire if we can book the Cenvat credit on the basis of invoice of a freight forwarding agency who has paid custom and excise duties on our behalf and sent us the reimbursement bill for duties paid on our behalf and freight charges of machinery carried till factory ..... experts plz help ??

13 February 2015 Your query is incomplete as to whether it is related to Cenvat credit of inputs or input-services.

Cenvat credit of inputs would be available to you if the Bill of Entry in your favour.

Cenvat credit of the service tax would be admissible if you are service receiver.
