my query is that we will purchase all the raw materials for capital goods,we assemble it and use this for production purpose.whether excise duty paid on raw materials purchase for assemble of capital goods can be availed as cenvat credit.please clarify and if any notification is there for the same.

If you will pay the duty on final product then you can avail the cenvat credit on duty paid raw material purchase for assemble of capital goods.
