14 May 2015 we are the manifacture of box packging company.my querry is can we have cenvat credit of service tax on professional bill & telephone bill & courier bill in excise modvat
please suggest service cenvat credit in excise modvat

14 May 2015 Yes service cenvat credit can be availed in excise.

(ii) any input service received by the manufacturer of final product or by the provider of output services on or after the 10th day of September, 2004,
