While preparing the ST-3 return, is it necessary to fill the cenvat Credit details, which we have utilized against Excise Payment. We already provide the said cenvat Credit details which we have avail and utilized on account of input services in ER 1 Form ( Excise Return ???

Dear Sir,
In cases where an entity is liable to pay excise and ST both, it is advised to maintain a seperate cenvat account of payment of ST. You need not show the cenvat details of ER-1 or ER-3 then. Seperate cenvat related to ST will only b shown in ST-3

Even if shown in the ER-1 , you required to mention in the ST-3.

If you are not availing cenvat or utilising it for payment of ST, you need not show it in ST-3. In any ways it wont match from excise return.
