Service Tax Liability for the month of April is Rs1,00,000
Service Tax pain on 5th of MAY 2010 as:
Through PLA:Rs 50,000
Through CENVAT: Rs 50,000
Will it be considered as late payment out of CENVAT??

No, its paid on time as 5th of next month.
Tax Liability for the month of April is Rs1,00,000 is not service tax its excise duty liability. please see again.

Thanks. Can you please give the rule or section reference as AO has charged interest for one month @13% on Rs 50,000.

Service tax can not pay by excise cenvat. if its service tax cenvat balance then you can pay.but you will pay fron PLA up to 5th of next month its excise and service tax rule.
if you are paying by cenvat debit it on same month.
