Weare a service providers.weincurred cost since october and started raisinbg invoice from Jan. Can i get credit for whatever i paid for services which recd? and also want know can be carry farward service tax credit? if yes for how long?

Have you availed the basic exemption limit of Rs 10 laks. if not so then you can claim the service tax paid from the day one. About carry forward, there is no time limit as such so that you can carry forward end number of years
