CENTRALIZATION CERTIFICATE.

24 April 2009 Dear Sir,

I have taken a CENTRALIZATION certificate for service Tax for Two companies.For making Invoices we have put Unit-1 address. My boubt is wheather all incoming bill should be name on Unit-1 even through service is from unit-2.

24 April 2009 It appears that you have taken centralised registration for two units of the same company.
All incoming bills need not be in the name of unit 1 only. What is required is, receipt at the registered premise and its usage for rendering output service.
