Housing societies are mutual bodies and as such not required to file the Return as according to mutuality concept society is earning no income from its members.
However, if the earnings from FDR Interest and other income is more than 50000, you may consult any CA known to you, for filing the return.

I support views of Mr. Bafna but in case, you have other income and you are required to fime the retun, file the return of income as A.O.P.
