If a Cash payment is made of Rs. 20000 & Another payment is made of Rs. 10000 in the same day . What will be the tax liablity

If it is to different parties no problem.
If to same person and it is service then deduct tax at appropriate rate. If for purchase of goods take a letter from that person saying it is very urgent and with a tenable reason.
