We have received advance (by offering cash discount) in the month of March for the services to be invoiced in April.
So, discount will be booked in current f/y or next f/y???????

Discount will be booked at the time of invoice. SInce discount will be shown in the invoice it can be booked only when the invoice is prepared.
Accordingly, the discount shall be booked in the next year.
