CS is a professional course where u can directly connect with top management and your MBA knowledge will surely complement your profile as a CS.

With MBA (Finance) any professional degree with lead to Top Management.
Join CA, in case you are interested in Accounting and auditing.
Join CAs, if more interested towards Company Laws and regulations.
Join CWA, if interested in cost accounting and management.
Also there are some international courses which are available in the link provided by Mr. Ankur.
A breif view of them is >
CFA (US), CMA(UK). these are Long term duration with ore than 3 years.
CPA, CFP, CIA, CISA atc. are medium term duration depending upon the devotion and your level of knowledge.
Further there are many certification Programmes like, CIFRS, NCFM, CMA (US) etc.
Check the links And select teh best according to your interest and suitability.
