11 January 2010 Could you please let me confirm whether a Car hiring charges billed by a vendor can be treated as "Contractor / Sub-contractor in transport business" or not?

(Since such a vendor with a pan no does not apply to TDS as w.e.f. 01.10.2009 rules for TDS revised)
