22 May 2011 hello friends

I have received 2 corers against property
settlement. I received 1.45 cr .in F Y 2010-11 & 60 lac in F.Y 2011-12

I relinquished my rights in the aforesaid property by virtue of my husband's will given to an outsider not part of the family

plz tell me how I should treat this amount, either as revenue receipts or capital receipts
