We have a 100% EOU at noida. We want to Plastic Injection Moulding Machine send to job worker for do the job work.

Please advise that can we send the machine on Challan & also intimate to RO.

If not please write down the procedure.

13 October 2015 You can send the goods for job work out side EOU for prier permission of the department and within time limit goods should be return in the factory premises.

Please also suggest me We will take the permission from Dpty Commissioner STP or Dpty Commissioner Central Excise, Div-V and both of them.
