Kindly let us know whether company can avail option of without indextaion for sale of gold for calculation of long term capital gain. kindly advise us.

So far as INDEXATION is concerned, it is for the BENEFIT of assessee, where the gain on account of INFLATION is NOT taxed.
If you dont want to avail the same, the REVENUE dept will be happy. What is the propriety in doing so?
